Pestana Porto - A Brasileira, City Center & Heritage Building

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue, providing excellent service and facilities. the Jacuzzi was a particular highlight, providing the perfect way to relax after a busy day exploring the city. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were also impressive, offering a great selection of food and drinks. the private facilities in the room were a welcome touch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the location advantages were also notable, as the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city.

the waitresses were not as attentive as we would have liked, and we often had to seek out someone to order our eggs or coffee.

The central location is perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions. There is a tasty breakfast served in a beautiful dining area with a good variety of options. The refurbished historical building has well-sized rooms and a spacious bathroom with ideal facilities. The staff were friendly and provided a pleasant and helpful service throughout my stay. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it's a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

We loved the smartphone that came with the room. It was packed with data, so we could google map our way around Porto with ease. The room was pristine, and the staff was polite. we would recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, as it is close to all places and right in the historic city center. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always there for everything that you need. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean.

The noise from the traffic outside could be heard at night, which was a bit disturbing.

There was limited seating available outside of the reception area. It would have been nice to have more areas to relax and unwind.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and close to all the attractions. The staff was really good, they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were always helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful antique café where we had breakfast every morning.
